Please click the link below for the Medicfusion subscriber agreement. Yes, it's paper, because we realize that most of our customers aren't paperless yet, and appreciate a hard copy of any contract they sign.
Please read through it, notate any special pricing or payment arrangements your sales associate may have worked out with you, and fax the completed and signed copy to the number provided. Keep a copy for your records! That's why it's on paper. Many software companies hide the small print. We don't.
